Remember these two simple security rules:
- NEVER set your browser to "remember this password" on a computer that will be used by anyone else besides yourself (like the computers at work).
- Doing so would not only enable others to view your e-mail but will also prevent others from viewing their own (they'll be taken to your e-mail instead)
- Always Click "log out" when your done viewing your e-mail.

If this is your first time using the Greene Rehab Services E-mail system please read the E-mail policy and info below.

Beyond the two very important security rules above, there are some other guidelines for employees to remember when using Greene Rehab Services E-mail system:
- This is not your e-mail, it is not private, Greene Rehab Services can and does monitor e-mail to be sure employees are using it to properly represent the company.
- If you don't have a personal e-mail account for yourself get one through your internet service provider or mail.yahoo.com
- Work is not the place to take care of personal business, not on the phone, not through e-mail and not through personal visits.
- If something personal is so urgent that it has to be taken care of while at work, talk to your supervisor about it, we know things happen.
- When using the greenerehabservices.com e-mail system, be polite, try to think of it as making a phone call. All the normal etiquette that would apply on the phone apply in an e-mail as well.
- Always check your spelling and grammar! We don't want people thinking the people at Greene Rehab Services are illiterate, do we?
- If you are going to send an e-mail to more than one person, use the CC or BCC fields
- NEVER forward chain letters (if it says sends this to 10 people and you'll get good luck in the future (or something similar, it's a chain letter.
- Chain letters , cute poems, funny jokes etc are personal e-mail. Do not use this system for this activity.
- Never ever spam!
- Don't delete any e-mail that could be construed as a contract or an agreement about services for money until that particular account is resolved completely.
- This can be a particularly confusing rule, and their are sometimes legal ramifications for deleting e-mails. Ask your supervisor for guidance.
- Remember, an offer to do something for a certain price is an offer in writing when made by e-mail.
- Always include a "signature" at the bottom of your e-mails that includes your name, the office phone number and the website address (http://greenerehabservices.com)
- Remember, different e-mails systems view e-mail different ways. The only way to be sure the e-mail will appear as you intended it to, is NOT use background images, special fonts, bold text etc.

Open a support ticket if you need:
- To open a new e-mail account
- Can't seem to log in
- Need to reset your password
- This is for e-mail and web site support only, not Internet service or computer issues.
- Support tickets are usually answered the same day, but may take up to 48 hours if the volume is extremely high.
